How do I book? Click Book Now each cottage page.
Is there a deposit? Yes, deposits are received by e-transfer. Deposit instructions and email details will be provided during booking confirmation.
Do you require a rental contract? Yes, contracts are required for all stays.
Arrival & Check-In
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Smart lock code provided 24 hours before arrival.
Free parking for 4–5 cars.
Cleaning & House Rules
Cleaning service included, but guests must leave cottage tidy.
Additional cleaning fees apply if needed.
No smoking, no pets, no parties.
Families & Safety
Children and infants welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
Cottages are family-friendly but not childproof.
Safety items provided: smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
Amenities
Wi‑Fi, Smart TVs, linens, full kitchens, washer/dryer, BBQs, and patio furniture.
Shared sandy beach, kayaks, paddle boat, SUPs, and two fire pits. Must bring your own firewood.
